112th Congress Listing of 5-Digit Zip Codes Organized by Congressional District:
This guidebook consists of all voting members of the 112th Congress organized by state and listed in numerical order of the Congressional District they represent within their state (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.). Below the name of each voting member of Congress is a comprehensive list of all the 5-digit zip codes they represent. The listing of zip codes is broken down into three categories; zip codes entirely within the Congressional District, zip codes almost entirely within the Congressional District, and zip codes that significantly split the district and another district (this category also identifies which districts are split). This guidebook consists of all voting members of the 112th Congress organized by the Congressional Committees they serve on and listed in order of seniority. Below the name of each voting member of Congress on the Committee is a comprehensive list of all the 5-digit zip codes they represent. The listing of zip codes is broken down into three categories; zip codes entirely within the Congressional District, zip codes almost entirely within the Congressional District, and zip codes that significantly split the district and another district (this category also identifies which districts are split). The membership of all Committee’s Subcommittees is also listed in this guide, but the zip codes represented by Members of the Subcommittee are not listed again because they are already identified in the listing for the full Committee.
